We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: no 2 JLN Tandang 51/205A Seksyen 51 Petaling Jaya Selangor MY 46050 within 3 days complete with the email confirmation by our admin for an exchange. Exchange of products depend on proof of damage and conditional based on approval from our side. Replacement delivery may take 7 days or more depending on stock availability.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

We will not be held responsible for any items lost in shipping or delivery en route to our company address. Any complaints or late delivery will have to be dealt with on customers on liability with the assigned third party courier or logistics service provider.
